Introduction
A competency-based English language training designed for school leavers, working adults and individuals who intend to learn and use the English language at their workplaces.
“Competency-based training ensures that employees acquire the specific skills needed to perform their jobs effectively. Instead of broad, generic training, it targets the most relevant areas for their roles, allowing employees to apply what they’ve learned directly to their daily tasks.”
English Language Training (ELT) is a 105-hour training which is prepared specifically for non-native speakers to understand how the English language really works.

In this ELT programme, the Structural Approach to learn English is used. The Structural Approach is based on the study of Traditional Grammar.
When trainees learn Traditional Grammar, they understand how to compose correct English sentences. As a result, the trainees kill two birds with one stone: they improve their spoken and written English at the same time.

Speaking and writing are the Transmission Skills. In this ELT programme, a lot of emphasis is placed on improving the Transmission Skills of the trainees.
